Interpreters

We have access to telephone interpreting services and would be happy to arrange these for registration and for your appointments. Please make your needs clear to the receptionist at the time of booking the appointment, for this to be arranged in advance. You may be required to book 2 appointment slots.

Urgent appointments for today

For clinical advice and guidance, please call us on 020 7703 3788 between 8am and 10am.

You will need to wait in the call queue until we answer, or you can select our callback option. If you hang up and redial, your place in the queue will be reset.

Our team will ask you questions so that we can refer you to the most suitable clinician, which includes: your name, date of birth, address and the reason for your call.

Alternatively, you can contact us online.

All requests will be reviewed and responded to within one working day.

Extended Access

We also have extended access available. See our Out of Hours information.

Book a routine appointment

All bookable appointments will be subject to availability, if you cannot see a suitable appointment, please telephone the practice.

You can make an appointment to see a GP or Clinician up to 1 month in advance. This can either be a face-to-face appointment or a telephone appointment.

Children under 5 and patients with urgent problems will usually be seen on the same day or, where practicable, may usually be seen on the same day if this is considered clinically necessary by a GP.

Ways to book

  1. Visit us in person
  2. Telephone: 020 7703 3788
  3. Download the NHS App

All requests will be reviewed and responded to within one working day.

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)

You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.

Home Visits

If you need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10am.

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible.

We would request that, apart from the genuinely housebound, all other patients contact the surgery in the usual way rather than request a home visit. Your request will be reviewed and assessed by the on-call clinician, who will decide on if a visit is needed.

Your doctor may refer you for a home visit by a community nurse or may refer you to another Community Service for the care that you need.
