As the cost of living and heating our homes increases, Southwark Council have opened a network of warm spaces across the borough. In these spaces you can keep warm, have a cup of tea or take part in an activity this winter. In some spaces you can also get food and advice about the cost of living.

If your request is of a routine nature why not try our e-consult service. When an e-consult is generated we receive an email, your request will be reviewed an actioned accordingly. To  Our email account is monitored throughout the day.

To ensure your e-consultation is dealt with in a timely manner, your information may be shared with our clinicians from South Southwark Extended Primary Care Service

If you need to speak with a clinician about a medical matter please telephone in between 08:00 and 10:00. On getting through to us you will be asked a few questions and placed on a call back list. Where possible you can ask to speak with a clinician of your choice however please be aware that this may not always be possible.

If your request is prescription related please follow the steps below.

How to order your repeat prescription

  1. Sign up for online access https://www.patientaccess.com/

  2. Visit your preferred pharmacy and ask if they offer this service

  3. email us @ souccg.camberwellgreensurgery@nhs.net 

  4. Drop your request at the practice, popping it in to the letter box

  5. Post it in to us

Every 3rd Thursday of the month the surgery will be closed from 1230-1630 (sometimes 1830) for staff training. If you require treatment during these times please contact 111.
