Child Development Checks - appointments sent by health visitor. NOTE, this is situated at the Crawford Childrens Centre off Warner Road - Thursday AM.
Childhood Vaccinations - With the practice nurse at the surgery Appointments available by ringing 020 7703 3788 after 09:30 or in person
Phlebotomy (Bloods) - with our phlebotomist / healthcare assistant Monday - Friday 08:00-12:00, Thursday 1030-12:00. Appointments are available by ringing 020 7703 3788 after 09:30 or in person.
Patients can also walk in at Kings College Hospital, Golden Jubilee Wing Monday-Friday 7.30-4.30pm for blood testing.
New registration Checks – with our healthcare assistant Tuesday /Friday 14:00 – 16:00, Wednesday / Thursday 14:00 – 17:00. Appointments are available by ringing 020 7703 3788 after 09:30 or in person.

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.
At times of high patient demand there may be some delays in dealing with insurance company requests for medicals and medical notes, we would appreciate you and your insurance companies patience at these times.
