In April we changed the way you see get to see your GP !
The new Telephone Triage system has been operating since 25 April. As with all new systems we are looking at ways to make it easier for all and we accept there may be some patients who are still unaware of the new telephone triage system and the way you now see your Doctor. Our staff are here to explain how the system works and deal with questions/queries. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we develop the new system - there is more detailed information in the "opening times" and "appointments" sections accessible on the tabs on the dark blue menu bar at top of this screen as well as in the "Latest News" section.
Please see the "OPENING TIMES" & "APPOINTMENTS" sections (Top of this page on the Blue headings bar). These has been updated to explain all about the new Telephone Triage & Appointment system as well as giving more detailed information on the Extended Access Centre (IHL)

TO BOOK ROUTINE (NON URGENT) APPOINTMENTS WHERE YOU HAVE A GP LETTER OR HAVE BEEN ASKED OR DIRECTED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT - RING BETWEEN 1000 AND 12 MIDDAY
FOR ALL EMERGENCY ONLY APPOINTMENTS, CALL AT ANY TIME

Changes to Access at Camberwell Green
Patient Online Services allows you to book online appointments, print off basic medical records and order repeat prescriptions so please read more about that in the "Latest News" section.

Missed Appointments Last month more than 400 appointments were wasted due to patients not attending without first cancelling their own appointment - see latest news section for more information.
111 Service The Recommended service to call for anything to do with your health that is less than urgent - when you are feeling poorly but when its not urgent, ring the 111 service.
Measles outbreak in London - we advise ALL patients who develop a rash and have a fever to please phone the practice and remain in isolation as much as possible - if you do have these symptoms please do not visit the practice but phone in for advice and an appointment.

GP Call back - please be reminded that GPs will not call you back in relation to medicines or prescriptions - please use the 48 Hour Repeat Medicines service at the Reception desk - your GP will contact you if he/she needs to with reference to new medicines etc.
