As the cost of living and heating our homes increases, Southwark Council have opened a network of warm spaces across the borough. In these spaces you can keep warm, have a cup of tea or take part in an activity this winter. In some spaces you can also get food and advice about the cost of living.

Do It Online

We offer patients access to the following Online Services:

Online appointments, online access to basic medical records and online access for repeat prescriptions. 

In order for patients to be able to access online services, they will need a Practice "ID" to obtain these services.  

You must bring the following ID documents with you:

i.   Original Passport or Photo ID Driving Licence.

ii.  Original Bank or other domestic (Gas/Telephone etc) statement showing full name and address; copies may be taken.

iii. The original of another official letter showing name and address, e.g. Council Tax demand; copies may be taken.

The staff will take you through a simple registration process, if successful you will receive a PIN number and full information on how to use these online services from your home or another setting.
